Role overview

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the user experience of our public web platform: fast, accessible pages for GPU specifications, search, and comparisons used by a growing global audience. You will partner with design and backend engineers to ship reliable UI, improve Core Web Vitals, and raise the bar for consistency across the product.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain features in Next.js (App Router) and React, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and SEO-friendly rendering.
  • Implement responsive layouts with Tailwind CSS, reusable components, and clear patterns for data-heavy views (tables, filters, comparison flows).
  • Collaborate on API contracts with backend engineers; consume REST or JSON endpoints and handle loading, empty, and error states thoughtfully.
  • Participate in code review, write automated tests where they add the most value (e.g. Vitest / React Testing Library), and help evolve our frontend architecture.
  • Instrument and debug production issues using browser tooling, analytics, and structured logging.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience shipping production web applications, including 3+ years with React.
  • Deep experience with TypeScript, modern CSS (including responsive design and layout), and client/server boundaries in Next.js or a comparable meta-framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve performance (LCP, INP, bundle size) and accessibility on real user traffic.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable async collaboration and clear written updates.

Nice to have

  • Experience with content-heavy or catalog-style products (e-commerce, reference data, documentation sites).
  • Familiarity with Edge caching, CDN configuration, or image optimization pipelines.
  • Interest in hardware, GPUs, or technical audiences (not required—we will teach the domain).

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity-style annual bonus program (details shared at offer).
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for US employees; retirement plan with employer match.
  • Flexible PTO, home office stipend, and annual learning budget.

Hiring process

  1. Intro call (30 minutes)
  2. Technical conversation + take-home or live exercise (we accommodate your schedule)
  3. Team cross-functional interview
  4. Offer

We are an equal opportunity employer. We welcome qualified applicants regardless of background and provide reasonable accommodations for interviews and onboarding.
